DESCRIPTION:Dans le cadre de notre plan de formation\, le collectif fédéral Formation Syndicale vous invite à participer à une journée d’étude intitulée « Les inaptitudes au travail – Comment agir ? » animée par le groupe 3E. \nChaque année\, les inaptitudes au travail provoquent des milliers de licenciements : \n\nComment les prévenir en amont ?\nComment défendre au mieux l’intérêt des salariés lorsqu’ils se retrouvent concernés ?\nComment faire appliquer l’obligation de reclassement des employeurs ?\n\n  \nAinsi\, nous vous proposons d’échanger sur ce thème\, le Mercredi 24 mai 2023 au complexe CGT\, salle Louis Saillant – Noyau B – RH.
